Frequently asked questions
What prerequisites do I need?
Comfort with Python and basic linear algebra. If you’re new to the math, start with “Mathematics for Deep Learning” and “PyTorch Mastery”.
PyTorch or TensorFlow?
We support both. Tracks marked “Agnostic” teach concepts with minimal framework coupling; otherwise we provide specific implementations.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Each course includes an assessment. Passing grants a sharable certificate with a verification ID.
How often is content updated?
We review content quarterly and after major framework or research milestones. Changelogs are included in each course.
Are there refunds?
We offer a 14-day refund window on individual courses if you completed less than 20% of the materials. See Terms for details.
Do you cover production deployment?
Yes. The MLOps and Deployment tracks include packaging, serving with FastAPI, monitoring, and evaluation pipelines.
Is there enterprise training?
We deliver private cohorts, office hours, and custom curricula. Contact us to scope your team goals and constraints.
What is Fallows?
Fallows is your personal shortlist. Click “Add to Fallows” in the catalog to collect courses and revisit them on the Fallows page.
How long will it take to become job-ready?
With 6–8 hours per week, most learners complete a specialization in 8–12 weeks. Use the planner on the home page to estimate your time-to-skill.
Do you offer code reviews?
Selected tracks include optional code review packages. We focus on reproducibility, readability, and performance trade-offs.
